Summary:  Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is seeking to extend this funding opportunity to five (5) additional public schools to reduce barriers to the employment of school nurses by equipping the five (5) public schools that are hiring or recently hired an Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (DEW’s) licensed school nurse or an Ohio registered nurse to work in the school setting, with a basic supplies kit that includes the necessary tools to set up a school nursing clinic.

Due Date:  Friday, September 20, 2024, by 3 p.m.  Applications and required components must be submitted via email to Natasha.McDaniel@odh.ohio.gov  by 9/20/24.  Each application component must be clearly labeled and must follow the order listed in this Funding Opportunity.
