More than 123,000 men, women and children are currently on the national waiting list for life-saving organ transplants.

Thousands more are in need of tissue and cornea transplants to restore mobility, vitality, and sight. Register to be an organ, eye and tissue donor today and give hope to those who wait.

The Second Chance Trust Fund Advisory Committee (SCTF) works to help solve the critical shortage of organ, eye and tissue donors through education and awareness efforts as well as promoting registration in the Ohio Donor Registry.  

The SCTF is funded by monetary donations given when one applies or renews their driver’s license or state identification card.  There are also Donate Life Ohio license plates and $5.00 of each plate is given to the fund.  Independent monetary donations are also received in memory of someone or in support of a cause.
