Public Health Investigations
Public health investigations ordered by the Director of Health pursuant to section 3701.14 of the Ohio Revised Code are subject to the release requirements specified in that section.
If an investigation is not complete within six months of the date the investigation was initiated, the Director of Health shall prepare a report containing preliminary findings, and supplemental preliminary reports must be prepared each six months thereafter until the investigation is completed. Pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 3701-73-01, investigation preliminary, supplemental preliminary and final reports must be posted on the Ohio Department of Health’s website.
