Recreation Programs Training for Local Health Districts

* Training video links are temporarily unavailable.

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Recreation Programs is pleased to announce that starting in April 2021 we will be transitioning all of our training to Ohio Train. This will allow environmental health specialists to take trainings on demand and at times most convenient for them. Upon successful completion of the training a certificate will be available with the approved number of continuing education units (CEUs) identified for submission to the Environmental Health Specialist Advisory Board. Trainings that have been given since December 2020 will be available on Ohio Train over the next couple months. The learning library will be updated with a new training topic monthly. Trainings will be anywhere from a half hour to an hour in length. As always, we appreciate the feedback we have received thus far and strive to continue to improve and provide the training that is requested by local health district staff.

This month’s featured training is: Agriculture Labor Camps in Ohio

To find all of our trainings in Ohio Train type "ODH-BEHRP-REC" into the course search bar.
