The Breast and Cervical Cancer Project (BCCP) accepts donations for lifesaving cancer screenings for women in Ohio. Ohioans can donate a portion of their state tax refund to the BCCP program funds. The BCCP funds are collected by the Ohio Department of Taxation and the BCCP is administered by the Ohio Department of Health.
