Section 3717.07 (B) (7) of the Ohio Revised Code places a cap or ceiling on the local health department's portion of the Vending Machine Food Service Operation License Fee. The maximum amount that a Vending Machine Food Service Operation License Fee may be increased is limited to the percentage of increase in the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers (United States City Average, all items) for the immediately preceding calendar year.
