Live to the Beat
Million Hearts® collaborated with the CDC Foundation to develop the “Live to the Beat” campaign, which aims to reduce cardiovascular disease (CVD), which includes heart disease and stroke, among Black adults.
The campaign empowers people to take small steps to address key risk factors like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar.
The Ohio Department of Health collaborated with Million Hearts® to share "Live to the Beat" campaign messaging on social media platforms in Ohio to raise awareness of the risk factors associated with heart disease and stroke.
We encourage you to interact with the campaign messages and share on your own social media platforms to help raise awareness of the risk factors of heart disease and stroke.
Check out additional content on the Live to the Beat Campaign website!
The website features user-friendly materials and resources, including education video series, printable materials, interactive resources like their Pulse Check interactive roadmap, and a Community Ambassador Network with practical tips to reduce heart disease and stroke risk factors.
