Ohio Council to Advance Maternal Health (OH-CAMH)

Overview

The Ohio Council to Advance Maternal Health (OH-CAMH) was established in the spring of 2020 to convene stakeholders working on maternal health issues. Over 70 stakeholders were invited to work together as a state to learn from one another, synergize efforts, and identify and implement solutions. Some goals of OH-CAMH include:

  • Identify and catalog maternal health activities happening across Ohio
  • Find synergies and gaps in activities
  • Create and implement a state strategic plan to improve maternal health in Ohio
  • Improve data to action as it relates to maternal health
