How Ohio’s children are impacted

Parents and caregivers can apply for free protective eye-wear for youth sports and school activities and preventing eye injuries

If diagnosed with Amblyopia (lazy eye) they can get support and free patches from the Ohio Amblyope Registry.

Professionals that work with children can request free eye health and safety programs for their schools or community organizations.

Vision screening of children by providing free training and equipment to screeners.


Thanks to the generous donations of Ohio vehicle owners, the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the staff of the local deputy registrar agencies, the Save Our Sight program has reached hundreds of thousands of children in Ohio.
