Erica Wilson is ODH’s Director of Government Affairs. She previously served as Director of Policy and Legislation in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, a position she held since 2012. She was the primary point of contact for members of the General Assembly and their staffs, and developed, tracked and pursued legislative initiatives. Before joining the Attorney General’s Office, Erica served as Senior Legislative Aide for several State Representatives from 2003 to 2012 where her responsibilities included assisting in drafting and monitoring pending legislation; serving as committee staff on the Health and Aging Committee, Judiciary and Ethics Committee, and Veterans Affairs Committee; and responding to constituent inquiries. She previously served as Assistant to the Clerk for Muskingum County Commissioners. Erica holds a master’s degree in public administration from Ohio University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. She also is an alumnus of the Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute, a civic and business leadership program.
