Office of Communications
The Office of Communications works collaboratively with other ODH Offices and Bureaus to help them disseminate important public health information to internal and external stakeholders and the general public through print, electronic, video and web communications, through the news media and over social media.

The Office of Communications includes the Creative Services department, which provides graphic design services (including conformity to ODH branding standards), audio-visual services and photography services. The Office of Communications also is responsible for: (1) Working with program staff to maintain the content of the agency’s internal and external websites, and (2) Answering the ODH main phone line and monitoring the agency’s general e-mailbox to facilitate a response to public inquiries.
