The Early Childhood Health Program is working to create free, Ohio Approved health and safety trainings for child care professionals.
The Early Childhood Health program is pleased to offer health and safety trainings to early childhood program professionals throughout the state. The goal of these trainings is to provide free, Ohio Approved professional development to help early childhood professionals learn more about relevant health and safety topics to better serve children in their care. ODH has surveyed childcare programs and worked with a planning committee of frontline childcare program staff to plan for future training topics.
For more information or if you would like to participate in the planning process, please email BMCFH@odh.ohio.gov.
Early Childhood Health and Safety is a component of the Early Childhood Health Program. The Early Childhood Health Program also includes the Early Childhood Obesity Prevention Program (ECOPP).
