ORBIT oversees outbreak investigations for foodborne, waterborne, community and institutional outbreaks.
ORBIT gathers information on infectious diseases of public health concern from local health districts, doctors, hospitals and laboratories in accordance with Ohio’s Communicable Disease Reporting Rules.
