Federally Qualified Health Centers
ODH distributes funds to the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) for the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Primary Care Workforce Initiative. This initiative provides medical, dental, behavioral health, advanced practice nursing, and physician assistant students with clinical rotations in Federally Qualified Health Centers that are recognized as Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH).
You can find an FQHC or FQHC Look-Alike by calling the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) at (888) 884-3101 or by visiting the OACHC website. You can also visit the Health Resources and Services Administration website to search health centers by address.
