X-ray Registration Renewal Invoices and Inspection Invoices

Registrations are renewable every two years. Your expiration date will be noted on your Certificate of Registration. ODH will mail a renewal invoice to each registrant approximately 60 days prior to the registration expiration date.  All renewal invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid online or by mail 30 days prior to the registration expiration date. 

Inspection invoices must be paid online or by mail and are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

There is a waiting period for invoice payments to be processed, signifying an account balance of zero before the "Print Certificate" button appears in your record. When the "Print Certificate" button appears and the record shows a new expiration date (for renewal invoices, not inspection invoices) and a zero balance, a new updated certificate can be printed.


Steps for making online invoice payment:

  1. Provide Invoice Number, your Billing Zip Code and Click "Search" button to retrieve Invoice Date and Balance.

  2. Verify your Invoice details and provide the needed details below.

  3. Click "Add to Cart" button to add items to the cart or you can click on "Reset Form" to reset the input fields.

  4. Click "Proceed to payment" button to continue credit payment process.
