Nursing Services Staffing Plan

Pursuant to Chapter 3727 of the Ohio Revised Code for the purpose of maintaining a repository for public access, beginning in 2018, a hospital shall submit to the department of health, by March 1 of each even-numbered year, a copy of the hospital's nursing services staffing plan in effect at that time.

Additional information can be found in the Ohio Revised Code/Title 37 Health-Safety-Morals under § 3727.50 - 3727.56.  Nursing service staffing plans should be submitted in electronic format (Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, etc.) and emailed as an attachment to: AHR@odh.ohio.gov 

The copy of the plan is a public record under sections 149.43 and 3727.54 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code.  Public record requests are to be submitted to: PRI@odh.ohio.gov
