Post Vaccination Serology (PVS) Letter to Mom

This provides a letter template for perinatal hepatitis B coordinators to send out to birth moms who are hepatitis B positive.  It is sent once the series of hepatitis B vaccines for the infant are completed.  See attachment to the right.
