• Summary:  The goal of Family Connects International is to provide a voluntary newborn home visit, by a highly trained nurses, to new parents in a service delivery area that includes at least 500 births.  Visits will be coordinated with the Help Me Grow Central Intake and Referral vendor, Bright Beginnings, and offered around three weeks post-partum.
   
• Inquiry Dates:  Wednesday, January 10, 2024 – Friday, January 19, 2024.  All questions must be submitted via email to Natasha.McDaniel@odh.ohio.gov by January 19, 2024. Questions received after this date will not receive a response.
   
• Due Date:  All required application components must be received by Monday January 29, 2024, at 4 p.m. Applications and required components must be submitted via email to Alicia.Leatherman@childrenandyouth.ohio.gov. Each application component must be clearly labeled as defined in this proposal application.
