- Title: DOH55778 BMCFH SFY25 Asthma School Support Subrecipient RFP
- Summary: The Ohio Department of Health seeks to expand Asthma knowledge to schools in an effort to increase awareness and availability of services that promote utilization of the Asthma Action Plan. The intent is to fund programs that support students, parents/caregivers, and school staff in their efforts to create a lifestyle that supports students Asthma care plans. The funding is available to supplement, not supplant, existing services by using awarded funds for new or expanded services or expanded geographical access to services for students with asthma education and services.
