- Title: DOH56473 Bureau of Environmental Health & Radiation (BEHRP) Lead Safe Housing Fund Community Primary Prevention Subrecipient RFP
- Summary: The purpose of this project is to reduce lead exposure to children in high-risk communities through primary prevention activities conducted at the local level. The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is seeking proposals that are evidence based, demonstrate successful outcomes, and can be implemented within an organization’s existing infrastructure in one to two months. Organizations, agencies, or entities located in high-risk communities as determined in Attachment A shall be considered for this funding opportunity. Proposals deemed ineligible by ODH will not be reviewed.

- Solicitation End Date: Friday, April 25, 2025, by 3 p.m. All required application components must be received by April 25, 2025, at 3 p.m. Applications should be submitted and emailed to Procurement@odh.ohio.gov and include “DOH56473 Proposals” in the subject line. Each application component (Technical and Cost Proposals) must be clearly labeled.
