- Title: DOH57815 Bureau of Health Improvement & Wellness/Health Promotion & Tobacco (BHIW)-Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP) Special Projects Subrecipient RFP.
- Summary: The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) receives and distributes federal funds to support direct services to survivors of sexual assault through the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP). SASP was established through the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005, which was first funded in 2008. The project objective of this project is to increase the use of culturally rooted survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and community-based healing partnerships and practices to meet the needs of survivors of sexual assault.

- Bidder Conference Date: Bidder Conference will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. In order to join the bidder conference, please pre-register by submitting your name, entity’s name, your email address, and any questions via email to Procurement@odh.ohio.gov and include “DOH57815 SASP Special Projects” in the subject line. Pre-registration must be completed by 11/06/2025 at 3PM.

- Solicitation End Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2025, by 3 p.m. All required application components must be received by this date. Applications must be submitted and emailed to Procurement@odh.ohio.gov and include “DOH57815 Proposals” in the subject line. Each application component (Technical and Cost Proposals) must be clearly labeled.
