The facility’s Individual Responsible for Radiation Protection (IRRP) is granted access by Ohio Department of Health (ODH) to make record changes online or to print out a Certificate of Registration.

Individuals Responsible for Radiation Protection (IRRPs) need to create a new OHID account and select the X-ray Registration and Inspection Tile and Open the App.

Step 1 

Navigate to the OHID Portal 

Step 2

After logging into OHID after creating your account (instructions available for download), go to My Apps  (or App Store and search for X-ray Registration and inspection tile if you did not already select the tile for X-ray Registration and Inspection.)

Step 3

Click the tile for X-ray Registration and Inspection tile and select the X-ray Registration and Inspection Tile and Open App.

If your login and selection of the X-ray Registration and Inspection tile returns the following results:

“No facility records found”

The following may be the problem:

• You are not the IRRP on record, or
• You only need to setup a new application by following the link on the left “Apply for New            Registration” after you are logged into the X-ray Registration and Inspection database.

Or

• The email you entered into your new OHID account does not match what is in the X-ray Registration and Inspection database
  • You can correct your email in the OHID account,

Or

• You can correct your email in our database by submitting the HEA5526 form.
